Information and consent to the processing of personal data

C 34368 (“Kreuziger Project”), will process your name, email address, phone number and company name (“personal data”) within the framework of the project 1.5m in accordance with the generally applicable directive on the protection of personal data, the Act on the Processing of Personal Data, and other applicable legal regulations. The project 1.5m is a project aimed at increasing the safety of road cycling, and involves cooperation with partners, public institutions and suppliers to the project who financially support the project (the “Project”). Kreuziger Project will process your personal data for the following purposes:
• informing about news and activities of the Project,
• sending optimized commercial messages and offers concerning the project as well as updates and potential partners or suppliers,
• the transfer of personal data to current or potential partners or suppliers of the Project for the purpose of sending optimized sales messages and offers.
Kreuziger Project is entitled, for purposes stated above, to transfer your personal data to designated recipients, a list of which is available on the website www.jedenapulmetru.cz in the Partners section. Your personal data will be processed until the moment you withdraw your consent to such processing, which you are entitled to do at any time by email to Kreuziger Project at email address info@jedenapulmetru.info. Your personal data will only be accessible to authorized employees or co-workers of the Kreuziger Project and designated recipients, and will be processed both manually and automatically. When registering for the Project you declare that you have been informed of your rights and obligations connected with the protection of personal data, in particular your right (i) at any time to withdraw your consent, (ii) to have access to personal data, (iii) to rectification of inaccurate or incorrect personal data, (iv) to the erasure of personal data if no longer required for the purpose for which it was gathered, or it you determine that the personal data was processed illegally, (v) to restriction of processing of personal data in specific cases, (vi) to data portability, and (vii) to raise an objection after which the processing of your personal data will cease unless it is demonstrated that there exist justified reasons for its processing which override your interests or rights and freedoms, in particular if the reason is any enforcement of legal claims, and (viii) to submit a complaint to the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
